Note: anyone with a gmail account can click on the Documents link at the top of the Gmail screen to open up Google documents, which is like an online version of Microsoft Office. You can create entirely new documents, upload documents created in Microsoft Office and other applications, and invite people to collaborate and edit documents. You can also publish documents to make them publicly viewable.
